Going on Hiatus

Going on Hiatus

It has been a while since my last post. Rather than let this blog end unceremoniously, I wanted to officially declare I am going on hiatus. The truth is, I am preparing for a big life event that will leave little time for much else, at least in the beginning. That’s right – Baby #2! I prefer not to have large gaps between posts, so I think the best thing to do is pause for the moment.

In the year I have been blogging thus far, I have definitely learned a lot. First – I learned how hard it is to actually create and maintain a blog. It was a bigger time commitment than I imagined, especially given the demands of a full-time job and a young son. I hope that the ideas I have shared with you to date have been at best inspirational, and at the very least entertaining. I sincerely hope to return to this blog – or some version of it – in the future. In the meantime, I wish you happy times ahead in your pursuit of innovation and creative endeavors.

And always remember – isolation is the killer of good ideas!

Shark Tank Bits & Bites: Season 5 | Episode 17

Shark Tank recaps are back! I took a brief hiatus when ABC changed the format of their own episode recaps, requiring me to pause every 5 seconds to take even more extensive notes than I already was. But it’s hard to have a blog about loving ideas and not talk about Shark Tank. That, and it gets me great organic long-tail search traffic. So – I’m back!
